Registration
Registration to the SIGSPATIAL 2023 conference comes with a free one-year SIGSPATIAL membership. As a member, you can optionally join our low-volume email list for the earliest official SIGSPATIAL announcements and other opportunities. SIGSPATIAL members receive reduced registration costs for our annual conference. If you are already an ACM member, we will add SIGSPATIAL to your membership. If you are not an ACM member, you will receive an affiliate membership in SIGSPATIAL. If you are already a SIGSPATIAL member, this option will not affect your membership. The free, one-year memberships will not auto-renew, and they will begin after our 2023 conference, so joining in this way will not qualify you for the reduced registration cost this year.

Registration provides access to the main conference, Tuesday-Thursday. It includes conference catering (lunch and refreshments), access to the welcome drinks at the reception, access to the banquet. It also includes a 1 year free SIGSPATIAL membership.

Registration to the workshops + conference provides access to any workshop.
Banquet Tickets
If you need additional banquet tickets (for a spouse or for children), please contact the registration chairs (see below). There might be a small number of banquet tickets available for purchase, but this cannot be guaranteed at this stage of the registration.
Child Care
To all attendies, who are coming to Hamburg with their children: We are glad to offer you a service, such that your kids can stay with our trained staff, while you are attending the conference. In order to make use of the service, you are required to:

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to and including Oct. 23, 2023 there will be a charge of $40. In case of a cancellation afterwards, the total registration fee will be retained and no refunds will be made.
However, substitutions may be made at any time at no charge. In the case of a substitution, you will need to log into the registration system and insert the name of the substitute person.
If you are the only author registered for your paper, there is NO cancellation after the camera-ready copy and the copyright form of your paper has been submitted (you can still transfer the registration to another author).
